Visual poetry - a process of deep play Visual poetry combines visual art and written or spoken language. It's a fun way to mix text, images, and symbols to convey meaning. Using words or letter or shape as starting points, Bid will guide you through playful processes like collage, drawing, stencilling and printing. This workshop is all about experimenting with ideas and processes, without worrying about a final product. Dive in and explore your creativity! Your tutor: Richard Biddle aka (Bid) is a visual artist and poet whose work has been published in numerous journals and anthologies online and in print. His chapbook of visual poetry ‘Messages From Elsewhere – An Alien Graffiti’ was published by Timglaset .
