Jane encourages students to enjoy greater body awareness within and around traditional yoga postures.  Classes also include breathing practice.

Mindful Yoga Drop-In

The class is gentle but deep. We pay attention to breath and breathing patterns, nervous system and harmony within the body, breath and mind.
