Description of Class
A practice session for students and teachers alike. Everyone will come out feeling revived and enlivened. For those that want to up their skills there will be lots you can take away to pass on too. Yoga Chairs - support, make space and shift our assumptions about ourselves and the world. Your Tutor Jim Tarran emphasises essential yoga practices such as āsana (posture), samādhi (meditation), prāṇāyāma (breathing practices), mudrā (hand gestures), and mantra (chanting), providing a comprehensive experience for all. Asana, in particular, takes centre stage, facilitating our physical and spiritual growth.
