Tutor: Jac Cattaneo
Location: Evolution Arts
Next start date: To be confirmed - course cancelled due to COVID-19

“Writing is perhaps the greatest of human inventions, binding together people, citizens of distant epochs, who never knew one another. Books break the shackles of time--proof that humans can work magic." - Carl Sagan

Do you love to play with words?  This six-week course is perfect for beginners and those who want to hone their writing skills. You’ll learn the foundations of creative writing, explore writers who inspire you, and take away plenty of practical skills to keep developing your own voice through stories and poems. This is a participatory course. We’ll do inspiring writing exercises in class, and (optional) homework will be set. During the second half of each session, you’ll be invited to share your writing if you would like to. We are very much focused on creating a safe, inclusive space to read, share and talk.
