Description of Class

Some of our most difficult communication can be with our loved ones or work colleagues. What is unspoken or said harshly often harms relationships. This course will explore how you can speak with honesty and hear others in a kindly and clear way. In this workshop you will explore the principles and building blocks of clear, Kindly and honest communication. You will learn how to respond and resolve issues in an authentic and compassionate way when we meet some of the difficult situations life can throw at us.  This is based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg, founder of the Non-Violent Communication process. There is a £60 booking fee for the weekend.  There are no additional charges for attending this course but donations are very welcome and all proceeds will be given to the Brighton Buddhist Centre.      Your tutor David Weisz has worked and taught in the field of communication for 15 years, this includes the process of Non Violent Communication. He is also is an experienced teacher of Meditation and Buddhism. and helped to found the Nottingham Buddhist Centre. He describes himself as “Passionate about the power of communication to heal”.
