It can help you to rebalance the body, bringing it into correct alignment and addressing faulty movement patterns. Improve your core strength (key in protecting your spine), flexibility and awareness. Your tutor: Matteo’s journey with Pilates began in 2015 while living in London. Prompted by osteopaths and tired of living daily with aches and pains in a hypermobile body, he started Equipment Pilates classes with Anna Marie Zulkahari, co-founder of the Pilates Foundation UK. Testimonials 'I would like to say how much I have been enjoying the Pilates class with the teacher Matteo. Finally, I found a class which is powerful, yet gentle, focusing on well-being of the clients and their physical abilities (client oriented), where there is not an unhealthy competition. The teacher is excellent. Professional, passionate about Pilates, patient, genuinely interested, able to relate his extensive knowledge, making sure that we all understand the exercises and are managing well.   The class, where time truly flies, is highly enjoyable. One feels a connection with one's spiritual side also. Quite a remarkable combination. I already feel the health benefits. After two years of being unable to do a certain spine movement, after the first class, there was a major shift and my spine found it's way to less pain. Look forward to more.' Andrea, Nov 2022
