Imbolc, or "in the belly", celebrates the very first stirrings of nature in the deep sleep of winter. Intuition to what runs deep and subtle in us is valuable at this time. Join us for a ceremony of potential and new beginnings, at the time of the new moon. We will start with some breathing and meditation to help us to arrive, and then lie back and experience the sounds of the Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gong. Your tutor Stevie has trained in various modalities including contemporary shamanism and sound therapy.  He is a Buddhist, committed to the ongoing development of wisdom and compassion, and loves sharing this journey with others.
