"I’ve a background in working for the charity sector & I’ve specialised working with client with mental health issues, domestic abuse issues & substance misuse issues. I have completed some counselling training so I have a very person-centred approach to working with clients. I’ve always been interested in natural/holistic approaches to health & being Indian I was brought up with these natural methods from childhood. At one time I had a period of ill health myself & found holistic massage & ear acupuncture a massive benefit to me in terms of getting better."
