A Pathway Through Stress & Burnout Burnout is reportedly on the increase in the UK; what can we personally do to prevent and recover from burnout? During this two-hour Wellbeing Workshop, Janice Leeming, a local Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coach specialising in stress and burnout, will provide a learning and coaching session to support you to gain: An understanding of harmful stress and burnout – its causes and symptoms Practical tools and techniques that can help us to soothe stress and recover from burnout A pathway to living a life with more happiness and balance Your tutor Janice is a Certified Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coach who has learned the hard way to prioritise her wellbeing. Through her own experience of exhaustion and burnout she has set out on a personal journey to find a happier and more sustainable way forward. She loves sharing with others wellbeing concepts that can help us to thrive through her coaching programmes and workshops.
