Meditation Drop-in with David Weisz

Fridays - 1pm to 1.45pm
Starting from 6 September 2019
Meditation helps you become calmer, gain greater awareness and the ability to be more present. Sessions start with a short introduction followed by a mindfulness meditation. An ideal way to unwind and reset yourself for the weekend! Suitable for beginners and those with some experience of meditation. David has been meditating for over 40 years and is a member of the Triatna Buddhist Order.
