Walk with Ease and Pleasure - an Alexander Technique Walking workshop

Tutor: Korina Biggs

Location: Stanmer Park - details to follow upon booking.
Next date: Saturday 14 August 2021, 10.30am - 1.30pm

  • Would you like to put more spring in your step?
  • Feel like you are floating on air?
  • Glide up hills or simply get more enjoyment out of your rambles and hikes?

In this walking workshop we will apply the principles of the Alexander Technique to find out where you can make the changes in yourself that will help your walking become easier, less effort and more comfortable.  You will receive gentle hands-on guidance as we walk outdoors.

As this is an outdoors event there is the chance it will be cancelled if the weather is bad.  The tutor will contact you near the time to confirm arrangements.

Who is the tutor?

Korina Biggs is an experienced Alexander Technique teacher who loves the outdoors.  She has been facilitating Walk with Ease courses for many years.  Previous participants have reported less aches and pains, a sense of lightness and a complete change of attitude over hills!
