Zumba is an inspiring and uplifting way to achieve physical health and emotional wellbeing. It combines hypnotic Latin dance styles with ‘interval’ training sessions that feature fast and slow rhythms and resistance work, to tone and sculpt the body in a thorough and exhilarating workout. This class is suitable for all levels, including those with no dance experience.
About the tutor
Sarah (pictured) is a professional performance artist with more than 10 years’ experience, including performances in dance, circus, street theatre, visual art and music. She is also a qualified Zumba and YMCA Exercise to Music instructor and has more than five years’ experience teaching general circus skills to adults and children of all abilities.
