Yoga & Pilates Drop-in classes


Our drop-ins are perfect for complete beginners as well as those with more experience. All equipment is provided and there's no need to book. Simply turn up 5-10 minutes before the class and press the Main Studio buzzer – the teacher will let you in. 

NEW - 2 drop-in sessions: a Pilates drop-in on a Tuesday morning and Early Morning Yoga on a Wednesday morning!
