Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

Karl Greenwood

Ever had that experience in life when what you know is being blocked by what you feel? When you can’t shake a feeling of un-worthiness, no confidence or panic?

When you need to get a handle on your feelings to allow you to realise your potential and achieve your goals?

When above all you need to be back in control – of your health, weight, smoking, drugs, sex life, fears and phobias, depression, anxieties, finances and relationships?

Solution focused hypnotherapy can join up the logical, “knowing” part of a mind with the emotional, “feeling” part, and so enable you to take control, feel the success you want, deserve and are going to have.

We can together clearly identify your own goals, be they in Confidence, Coping, Corporate or Sporting Performance, Motivation, Weight Loss or Happiness. Then we can use hypnotic trance to move that goal into your subconscious mind and make that your new reality, accepted and acted upon by the whole of your mind from a new, relaxed, and confident mental vantage point. Together we can work using modern psychotherapy, CBT and NLP techniques to move you forward from where you are now to where you want to be. Traumatic regressions are neither required nor practised. Typically, a strong phobia will take 3-5 sessions to dissipate. Anxiety, stress and depression usually takes around 10 sessions. Sporting performance hypnosis varies as you wish.

There is a one off Anti-Smoking session of around one and a half hours, after which you will be a true non-smoker!

I trained as a hypnotherapist under the Clifton Practice, Bristol, the largest hypnotherapy training school in the South West. In turn, their training courses are externally accredited by the governmental board for examination standards.

Initial Consultation - Free (1 hour)

Subsequent Sessions - £60 (1 hour)
