Refunds & Cancellations
Please note: our refund policy has changed.
You will receive a full refund (less £10 admin charge) if you cancel a course/workshop more than nine days before it starts. If you make a cancellation less than ten days before the start of a course/workshop, or after the course has started, Evolution will not be able to offer you a refund or transfer you to another course. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, we will consider requests in writing (emails to info@evolutionarts.org.uk are acceptable). If you are prevented from attending a course for medical reasons we will also require a medical certificate. Please bear in mind that Evolution Arts is a registered charity (no. 1133828), and to operate successfully it is important that we adhere to this policy.
Cancellation of courses
On rare occasions we have to cancel under-subscribed courses/workshops. As we often get late bookings any such decision is made as late as possible. If, however, we do have to cancel, we will give those booked two days notice by phone and a full refund. You may wish to check your course is going ahead before buying art materials, etc.
