Pilates – Beginners

Pilates works by targeting the deep postural muscles known as stabilisers, building strength from the inside out. It can help you to rebalance the body, bringing it into correct alignment and addressing faulty movement patterns. There is a maximum of 12 people on each course.
About the tutor
Juliet originally trained as a dancer and performer before becoming a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher.
