- Examine how altering your diet can dramatically alter how you feel, inside and out.
- There's a course suitable for all levels, beginners should go for level 1, whilst those more advanced; level 2.
What does this course cover?
Nutrition Level 1
This six-week course will introduce you to the key principles of nutrition, and how we respond to the natural seasons and cycles, with plenty of food ideas and ways to incorporate them into your life. We’ll be looking at how our diet can affect our health on many levels, including how connected we feel, how we can become clearer and more vibrant at a cellular level, and practical ways to support our bodies
Nutrition Level 2
By popular demand, Kirsten Chick is now offering a Level 2 Nutrition Course. This is for all those who have enjoyed Level 1 and would like to delve deeper.
Level 2 Nutrition will focus in on key areas, such as how best to support your hormonal system, improve energy levels, ease your joints and strengthen your bones.
You will also have the chance to revisit the importance of good hydration, and learn more about how to maximise your digestion and absorption of foods.
Where possible, the content can be tailored to the interests of the people in the class.
There will be opportunities to ask questions that may have come up since you did Level 1 and share your experiences.
Who is the tutor?
Kirsten (pictured) has been practising as a qualified nutritional therapist since 2003. She is registered with the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners and the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a member of the British Society for Integrative Oncology. Kirsten lectures in nutrition at Sussex Downs College, and runs a variety of workshops amd retreats alongside her busy practice.

The course was extremely good value and fascinating, every week I was gripped and looked forward to the next session!
