In this workshop you’ll learn how to: 

Tackle specific stressors, to regain initiative and dramatically reduce the stress level (in 4 minutes)

  • Reduce stress and boost focus in 30 seconds, without closing your eyes or changing your posture
  • Access resources in your brain that usually go untapped
  • Identify early signs of stress, and take action to prevent it developing
  • Build stress-prevention and stress-reduction into daily life

After the workshop, there is the option of 3 weeks of lightweight eLearning and eCoaching on demand, to help you put the learnings into practice.



About the tutor

The workshop will be run by Shakya Kumara, the founder of Brief Mindfulness. He has over 20 years’ experience of implementing Mindfulness in the workplace, and over 10 years’ experience of leadership training and executive coaching. His clients include Bain Consulting, Cambridge University, Bupa, various NHS trusts, Local Authorities in the UK and Sweden, the Nationwide Building Society, and others around the UK and northern Europe.
