Wondering if mindfulness could be for you? Like to find out more?

This open-to-all taster will last about 90 minutes and will be a chance to find out more about the practice and theory, with opportunities for guided practice, discussion and questions. The session will be led by Annie Akasati McAuley, an experienced mindfulness teacher with decades of personal practice under her belt. Annie will be available for individual queries after the session.

This is also an opportunity to find out more about the 8-week Mindfulness for Wellbeing (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) and Mindfulness for Wellbeing *Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) courses happening this spring term at Evolution.

There is no need to book, but feel free to get in touch with Annie on info@lovemindfulness.co.uk or 07795 562483 if you have any questions about the session.
