  • No previous experience of mindfulness meditation or art required, this course focuses on joy found in the process, rather than results. 

What does this course cover?

This playful course uses different creative activities each week: writing, drawing, collage, photography and clay – to help you connect with and build your trust in the inherently creative impulse within you. Bringing mindfulness to our creative lives enables us to enjoy the process rather than focus on results. No previous experience of mindfulness meditation, art or writing necessary.   • Charcoal
  • Masking Tape
  • Pencil


  • Note pad
  • Pen


  • A camera (This could be the one on your mobile phone, a compact, hybrid or DSLR)


  • Old magazines & newspapers
  • Pritt Stick
  • A2 or A3 Drawing Pad/sketch book
  • scissors
  • pen


  • 1KG of Modeling Clay - white (Available from Clarkes on Bond St for aprox £5 or can be ordered online at places like Amazon)

About the tutor

Wendy Ann Greenhalgh is a writer, artist and creative mindfulness teacher with more than 20 years of mindfulness experience.. She runs mindfulness workshops and courses supporting people to break through blocks, banish their inner critic, and enjoy creativity freely.  Wendy Ann is the author of Mindfulness and the Art of Drawing, and blogs about mindful creativity on www.artofmindfulness.org.uk
