About the tutor
Karunavira has been teaching meditation in both secular and Buddhist settings over the past 20 years. He has a particular interest in Mindfulness Meditation, which is increasingly being used in health, wellbeing and professional development training. Find out more at www.mindfulhealth.co.uk.
