An introduction to Mindfulness. A day of meditation practice, sitting, lying down and walking; encompassing ways to calm and clear the mind; allowing greater access to relaxation and a spacious awareness of being. All welcome.

About the tutor

Radatnakini (pictured) has taught meditation in the UK and New Zealand for 25 years. She is a member of the Triratna Buddhist Order and a trainer for the Breathworks Foundation’s Mindfulness-based pain and stress management training programme. She has also completed a teachers development course with the University of Bangor’s Centre for Mindfulness Research.
