Meditation for Depression, Anxiety and Stress

with Taravajra

A ten-week course designed for people who experience recurrent depression, anxiety or stress. Recent studies have shown that mindfulness meditation used with elements from cognitive therapy (MBCT) is helpful in preventing relapse into depression and reducing stress and anxiety. Taravajra has been teaching meditation for many years. He is an experienced teacher of MBCT courses and is currently studying MBCT/MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) at Bangor University. For more information visit his website: www.mindfulyoga.co.uk.

Ten Mondays starting 29th September at Evolution
Includes orientation session (29th September)

Ten Wednesdays starting 1st October at Evolution
Includes orientation session (1st October)
and Follow-Up Session (tba) 2.30 – 4.00 pm
All other sessions 2.30 – 4.30 pm

Cost: £150 (no concessions) per Monday course
Cost: £130 (£85 concessions) per Wednesday course
