Lindy Hop – NEW!

Lindy Hop is a social dance from the swing dance family, also known as the jitterbug. It evolved in New York City’s Harlem in the 1930s, along with jazz music of that time. This six-week course will provide you with the steps, movement and musicality for this fun and energetic dance. The learning environment will be friendly and relaxed and will give you with the confidence to lindy hop socially whenever the opportunity arises... and whenever you feel like it! Numbers on the course are limited to enable a high level of interaction with the teachers throughout. Note: Book as a couple (one ‘lead’ and one ‘follow’) or as an individual. Individuals, please let us know whether you wish to dance ‘lead’ or ‘follow’, as places will be limited for each.
