Learning to Draw

with Bern O’Donoghue and Wendy Barratt

These courses are aimed at people who want to learn how to improve their drawing skills. The process of drawing is broken down into different components, which are integrated as the course progresses. Emphasis is on understanding that drawing is about seeing, and parts of the course refer to the theories found in Betty Edwards’ book Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain. Absolute beginners welcome. You will be supplied with a list of materials for the course at the first session. If you already have a couple of pencils or a stick of charcoal please bring them along!
