Single, married, dating, or friends, we all want inspiring relationships. This workshop offers practical training in building relationships based on creativity and appreciation, and in defusing the unconscious patterns that may keep you unhappy. We will look at what matters most to you in relationships, the key commitments for a learning relationship, and how to shift from conflict to mutual creativity when the stakes are high. We will practice making emotional space for finding a high-quality relationship. The day will be challenging, playful and full of experiential exercises. Developing these skills will allow you to create the relationship you most want.

Nathaniel White developed his expertise in creating high-quality relationships over three years of training with shamans in the American Southwest and another two years of apprenticeship with pioneering psychologists Drs. C.G. and Kathlyn Hendricks. He currently practices the art of relationship with his wife and son in Brighton, and assists others in developing these skills through his Life-Coaching business Integrity Unlimited.
