This is a remedial therapy. The treatment involves a series of gentle moves on the muscle and connective tissue along the whole body using the thumb and fingers.

There is no manipulation or adjustment of hard tissue and the treatment is subtle and relaxing.

The treatment is performed through light clothing and is ideal for sports injuries, RSI, frozen shoulders, pack pain, tennis elbow and respiratory symptoms.

A course of 3 treatments is required to recognize the effects
