Writing in any form – novel, play, short story – can be a lonely business. This course offers a stimulating, supportive and fun environment in which to share your ideas and receive practical guidance on your work. If you’re looking for an antidote to that feeling of writing in a vacuum, this is the course for you. During the course exercises/projects are set and subsequent written work is brought in for discussion. There is no writing in class.
About the tutor
Gary has an MA in Creative Writing from Sussex University and has taught many writingrelated courses. He appears regularly on radio, reviewing and discussing literature. His own writing includes journalism, the novel, radio and TV drama. He is also a theatre director and actor.
