Reconnect and release
Wherever you are with your yoga, this course will help you to develop and deepen your practice by reconnecting with your body. Focusing on a particular area each week will give us the time to release any tension and build flexibility and strength. An essential part of the course will also be the development of pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to enrich our yoga experience. By the end of the course you will have developed a sense of freedom and fluidity throughout the whole body and mind.
About the tutor
Yoga has been an important part of Lynne’s life for over 10 years and she holds a Unity Yoga Teaching Diploma. She brings influences from Iyengar and Sivananda to her classes. Find out more at www.lynnejarrettyoga.co.uk.
