Tao Yin, meaning ‘sending energy’, also known as ‘Chinese yoga’, is an ancient form of exercise, practised in Taoist monasteries since 500 BC. It is the foundation of martial arts like Tai Chi and Chi Gung. Loosen up your body in a gentle way using breathing and body work. Clear blockages and boost your immune system. Tao Yin yoga is meditative and relaxing, yet gives tremendous strength and flexibility.
About the tutor
Paz is an experienced teacher, having started her career as a dance instructor. Besides Tao Yin, she has also been teaching Tai Chi and Chi Gung for the past 16 years.
