Breathe, balance and focus

Sun-style Tai Chi incorporates all three aspects of internal martial arts, has few repetitive movements and has roots firmly in the practice of Chi Kung, which is a recognised art form in itself. Synchronising our breath and movement encourages balance and focus, as well as an understanding of the movement of energy within the body, and a sense of the body’s relationship with the space around it.

About the tutor

John is a student of Master Lam Kam Chuen with whom he has studied for many years.
