Storytelling

Tutor: Umi Sinha

Stretch your boundaries and have lots of fun!

Stories can be used to entertain, to teach, to foster a sense of community and to heal. In this two-day workshop you will learn how to remember your story while keeping it fluid, how to use your voice and body to create a sense of place and character, how to connect with your listeners, stay spontaneous, and adapt your story to yourself and your audience. By the end of the second day you will have prepared a story to tell and have the option of inviting friends to share a performance of work in progress.
