What does this course cover?

They’ll include Gyrotonics-inspired stretches, Lebed-method techniques and short dances such as Latin-style, Bollywood, 80’s and current dance crazes.

The sessions are aimed at people experiencing challenging health conditions or anyone just wanting to keep fit. It’s a supportive and friendly movement-based class.

No dance experience needed - just the intention to have good fun and move your body.

 

About the tutor

Rosaria has performed with bands such as Carnival Collective, Paraiso School of Samba and London School of Samba, among others. She is currently choreographer and lead female dancer for Maracatu Cruzeiro do Sul, resident dance artist and choreographer for Same Sky, lead dance instructor for the Brighton School of Samba and is an International Dance Lecturer. Rosaria is a highly experienced and internationally recognised dancer,choreographer and artistic director,  and has worked in schools, community centres, theatres and festivals.
