Widely recognised as the root of all modern Tai Chi systems, Chi Kung is a complete healing art in itself, taught within many Chinese hospitals to help boost the immune system and raise the body’s energy reserves. Through improvements in natural alignment, it also leads to gaining self-confidence and awareness. These courses are valuable on their own, as well as being complementary to the practice and deeper development of Tai Chi, other martial arts, and yoga.
