FEBRUARY WEEKEND WORKSHOPS...

The Fire of Creativity Sunday 5 February, 10.30am – 4.30pm at Evolution Learn how to bring hidden ideas to life! This workshop provides a practical approach to stimulating your imagination and finding creativity in your life, whatever you do. Using a range of exercises, Ian wll help you connect with what you are really interested in and get into the flow and rhythm of being creative.

Introduction to Poetry Sunday 5 February, 10.30am – 4.30pm at Evolution Take a journey of discovery into the world of poetry; find out what kind of poetry inspires you and practise and experiment with a range of creative exercises that are designed to create interesting effects with language. If the day whets your appetite, Ellen will also be running a 5-week course starting in March.

Hula Hoop Saturday 11 February & Saturday 18 February, 2 – 4pm at Evolution Whether you’re after a fun workout, a new circus skill to show off at festivals, a way to de-stress, or something extra to add to your dance routine, hooping has got something for everyone. Suitable for all ages and no experience necessary.

Laugh Alive Sunday 12 February, 1.30 – 4.30pm at Evolution (pictured) Come and explore the life-enhancing and healthy benefits of laughter through laughter yoga, laughter meditation, breathing and positive intention. Laughter breaks down barriers and tension, relaxing, releasing and re-energising mind, body and soul. For people who laugh and for people who don’t!
