How to Book
Online: You can book online on the course page. 'Add' a course to your basket and you will see 'view cart' appear. When you've 'added' all the courses you wish to book, click 'view cart'; check the information is correct and proceed to 'pay now'. If you are booking more than one place (ie for a friend or partner), please add the person's name and contact email address or phone number to the notes section in PayPal. Note: you do not need a PayPal account - once you click 'pay now' you will be directed to an option to pay with your PayPal account or with a debit/credit card.
Phone: You can book over the phone using your credit or debit card; credit cards incur a £1 fee per course (debit cards are free). Our phone number is 01273 204204 and the office is open 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
In person: You can call by in person to book and pay with cash, cheque or card. Find us at 2 Sillwood Road BN1 2LR (office hours above). Please press the buzzer marked 'office' and someone will let you in. Note: the office is closed between 2pm and 3pm on Fridays and occasionally on other days so we advise you to call before visiting.
Please note that full payment must be made to secure a place on a course.
Concessions
Evolution Arts tries to keep its prices as affordable as possible. Concessions on booking fees are available to:
Full-time students
Full-time unemployed
OAPs
The concession rate can only be given with proof of eligibility, such as a letter confirming Jobseekers Allowance, student card or bus pass. Please book in person at the Evolution office with your proof of eligibility.
It is possible for you to book over the phone but proof of your eligibility for the concession rate (a scan or photocopy of the relevant document) must be emailed or posted to us within one week days or the 'discounted amount' will be charged to your card.
We will only need to see evidence once for OAPs to cover all future bookings. However, for students and full-time unemployed you will need to submit updated evidence once every six months in order to continuing booking courses at the concessionary rate.
Note: Those on Working Tax Credit cannot claim the concession rate. If you do not fall within the above concession catogories but wish to request the concession rate (to be funded by the Evolution Access Fund), please email info@evolutionarts.org.uk, detailing your circumstances and stating the course/workshop you wish to attend. All requests are careful considered and you will be contacted whether or not your request is successful. Please make sure your request is made within good time of the course/workshop start date so that it might be processed.
Busy Bee
Like to do a lot of courses? If you book any three courses or workshops at once you get to pay the concession price*. To get this offer, bookings must be made over the phone and all three courses/workshops must be made at the same time and for the same person. Call 01273 204204 between10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept bookings for under-18s on our courses and workshops.
