Bookings

Please note that full payment must be made to secure a place on a course. You can book with a credit or debit card by phone (01273 204204). Credit cards incur a £1 fee per course booked (debit cards are free). Alternatively you can send the booking form, or call by with cash, cheque or card. Office hours are 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Early bird bookings: To qualify for the early-bird price, please book any weekend workshop at least one calendar month in advance.

Refunds and Cancellations:

You will receive a full refund (less £5 admin charge) if you cancel a course/workshop more than six days before it starts. If you make a cancellation less than seven days before the start of a course/workshop (including after the course has started) Evolution will not be able to offer you a refund. However, we will consider requests in writing if there are exceptional circumstances. Please bear in mind that Evolution Arts is a registered charity (no. 1062986).

Cancellation of courses: On rare occasions we have to cancel under-subscribed courses/workshops. As we often get late bookings any such decision is made as late as possible. If, however, we do have to cancel, we will give those booked two days notice by phone and a full refund. You may wish to check your course is going ahead before buying art materials, etc.

Bank Holidays and Half Terms

If your course is on a Monday, it should be assumed that it will take place on a bank holiday unless otherwise specified by the tutor at the start of the the term.

Half Term: Evolution does not have an official half-term break. Some courses may have a mid-term break, however. This is usually arranged with the course participants at the first session.
