About Elaine
Elaine was introduced to Ayurvedic face massage on her first visit to India in 1997. Since then she has visited India frequently increasing her knowledge of this 5,000-year-old Eastern Indian philosophy and is an avid believer of health as a state of balance between body, mind and consciousness. Elaine also has a keen interest in the broader Ayurvedic traditions including diet, herbal medicine, yoga and massage.
Elaine has been practicing bodywork for twelve years. She is a qualified nurse, shiatsu practitioner and Thai massage therapist. She is fully insured and is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).
