Introduction to the Alexander Technique

Move with poise and freedom

Learn to unravel muscular tension and eradicate harmful postural habits, reduce pain and contact a deep sense of well being. The Alexander Technique can be applied to daily life and at work, as well as maximising our performance in sport and the performing arts. This workshop is a practical introduction to the principles of the Technique. Group activities, self-awareness exercises and pair work will provide an opportunity to practise and explore them in a friendly and enjoyable environment. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.

About the tutor
