Engaging with Ageing

Tutor: Cathy Warren
Location: Evolution Arts, 2 Sillwood Terrace, Brighton & Hove BN1 2LR
Next start date: Saturday 2 March 2019

A workshop to help you get the best from your next life stage. We will challenge some of the myths around ageing and explore its many possibilities. We’ll also look at how to reap the benefits of ageing and make this the ‘time of your life’ - a time when you can fulfil what’s most important to you and experience joy. The workshop is designed for people who are 50 or above, who want to free themselves of old limitations and create the next phase of their lives with renewed energy and purpose. An open mind, a sense of humour and a willingness to share and listen to others will all help! Cathy is a BACP accredited counsellor who created “Engaging with Ageing” to help people moving into the uncharted but potentially rich territories beyond the age of 50.
